ORDER
By postcard notice dated June 29, 2020, we informed Marcey Poeckes, Official Court Reporter for the 298th Judicial District Court, the reporter's record was overdue and directed her to file it within thirty days. However, on the docketing statement, appellant noted that a reporter's record would not be requested. Accordingly, we instruct Ms. Poeckes to disregard this Court's June 29th postcard notice.
Before the Court is appellant's June 29, 2020 unopposed motion for an extension of time to file its brief on the merits. We GRANT the motion and extend the time to August 10, 2020.
We DIRECT the Clerk of this Court to send a copy of this order to Ms. Poeckes and all parties.
