ORDER
KEN MOLBERG JUSTICE.
Before the Court is the parties' March 14, 2024 joint motion for leave for appellant to file an amended brief and to extend the deadline for appellee's response brief. The parties explain that certain exhibits are missing from the reporter's record and they intend to file a stipulation in the trial court to have the exhibits included in a supplemental record. The parties request that appellant be allowed to file an amended brief within thirty days of the filing of the supplemental record and that the deadline for appellee's brief be extended to thirty days from the filing of appellant's amended brief.
We GRANT the motion TO THE EXTENT THAT we ORDER the parties to file, no later than March 25, 2024, written verification they have filed the stipulation in the trial court. We further ORDER Crystal R. Brown, Official Court Reporter for the 44th Judicial District Court, to file the supplemental reporter's record no later than April 3, 2024.
Appellant's amended brief shall be filed no later than May 3, 2024, and appellee's brief shall be filed no later than June 3, 2024.
We DIRECT the Clerk of the Court to send a copy of this order to the Honorable Veretta Frazier, Presiding Judge of the 44th Judicial District Court; Ms. Brown; and the parties.
