This case was called from the calendar of the Court's Denver, Colorado, trial session, conducted remotely on February 7, 2022. Petitioner appeared and filed a Motion for Continuance. Counsel for respondent appeared and was heard. This case was recalled the same morning. At recall, the parties informed the Court that they had reached a basis for settlement. Upon due consideration and for cause more fully appearing in the transcript of the proceeding, it is

ORDERED that jurisdiction is retained by this Division of the Court. It is further

ORDERED that petitioner's Motion for Continuance, filed February 7, 2022, is denied as moot. It is further
