ORDER

Albert G. Lauber, Judge.

On October 15, 2021, we ordered respondent to file a status report by No vember 12, 2021. We advised the parties that if they did not report meaningful progress toward resolution, then we would set the case for remote trial via Zoom gov during the Court's Winter trial session, set for administrative purposes in Denver, Colorado, beginning February 7, 2022. On November 10, 2021, re spondent filed a status report noting no significant progress.

In consideration of the foregoing, it is

ORDERED that this case is calendared for trial during the Court's February 7, 2022, Denver, Colorado, trial session. Because this trial session is being con ducted remotely via Zoomgov, the place of trial is for administrative purposes only. The undersigned will be presiding. It is further

ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall serve on the parties: (1) a Notice of Remote Proceeding that shall contain comprehensive instructions on how to participate in the Court's February 7, 2022, Denver, Colorado, trial session, and (2) a copy of the Standing Pretrial Order for that trial session.
