Albert G. Lauber, Judge.

On October 8, 2021, respondent filed a status report in this case. In consideration of information contained in the report, it is

ORDERED that respondent shall file with the Court, on or before November 12, 2021, a status report detailing the then-present status of the case. If the parties do not report meaningful progress toward resolution, the Court expects to set this case for remote trial via Zoomgov during the Court's Winter trial session, set for administrative purposes in Denver, Colorado, beginning February 7, 2022. The undersigned will be presiding.
