The Court GRANTS, Appellant's Pro Se Motion for Access to Appellate Record. This is Court is hereby providing a CD containing the clerk's record 1 volume, and the reporter's record 7 of 8 volumes (volume 8 of 8 is an exhibit volume and it is not included since this Court does not provide copies of exhibit volumes). The CD is being provided to the Senior Warden, of the Gurney Unit, 1385 FM 3328, Palestine, Texas, 75803, for use by the Appellant, Harvey Gean Emerson, # 01985041, under the supervision of said Senior Warden and/or designated custodian of records. The CD does not need to be returned to the Court.
Further, on the Court's own motion, the Appellant's pro se brief shall be due January 13, 2016.
