Based upon Plaintiff Embedix, Inc.'s ("Embedix") Ex Parte Motion for Leave to File Over-length Memorandum, and good cause appearing therefore:

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Embedix may file its Response Memorandum in Opposition to BSQUARE's Motion to Dismiss State Claims and to Dismiss or Transfer Sole Federal Claim, not to exceed 25 pages of argument.
