DECISION & ORDER ON MOTIO

Motion by Oneida Perocier for an extension of time to serve and file a notice of appeal from an order of the District Court of Nassau County, First District, entered November 20, 2018.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied as unnecessary.

Pursuant to CPLR 5513, the time to take an appeal does not expire until 30 days after service upon the appellant of a copy of the order appealed from, and there has been no showing as to when, if ever, such service was made. We note, too, that a notice of appeal has been filed in the District Court.
