Motion by appellant to vacate the order of this court dated July 11, 2022, which dismissed an appeal from a judgment of the District Court of Nassau County, Second District, entered November 19, 2021.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied with leave to renew upon the filing by appellant of an affidavit setting forth a reasonable excuse for his default on or before December 30, 2022.
