Civil action. From judgment of Fourth Judicial District Court, Parish of Ouachita, Jesse S. Heard, J., appeal was taken. The Court of Appeal held that, upon issues presented in matter becoming moot, alternative writs of mandamus theretofore issued must be recalled and vacated.

Writs of mandamus recalled and vacated.
