This case is calendared for trial at the Session of the Court commencing October 17, 2022, in Tampa, Florida.

On August 30, 2022, respondent filed a Motion for Document Subpoena Hearing. It is not necessary to set this case on a remote session when this case is set for an in-person trial in Tampa in October. Respondent is free to serve the subpoena callable on the first day of the above-referenced Trial Session, and if they do not receive the documents before then, we will have a hearing at the calendar call on October 17, 2022, and will set this case for trial after the documents have been produced. Accordingly, it is

ORDERED that respondent's Motion for Document Subpoena Hearing is denied.
