ORDERED that petitioner's motion to enter an order to comply with subpoena and an order to show cause as to why an order of contempt against the Virgin Islands Bureau of Internal Revenue should not be issued filed September 10, 2018, is denied as moot. It is further

ORDERED that that petitioner's motion to compel discovery filed September 20, 2018, is denied as moot.
