ORDER

Patrick J. Urda, Judge

Per the Court's Order dated February 20, 2020, the parties were to contact the Chambers for purposes of scheduling a conference call no later than 30 days after the expiration of the period during which a petition for certiorari may be filed with the Supreme Court of the United States with respect to the opinion or order deciding Coffey v. Commissioner. On February 7, 2022, the Court held a conference call to discuss the current status of this case. In light of the discussion, the Court will direct the parties to file a joint status report in a few months. Accordingly, it is

ORDERED that, on or before May 9, 2022, the parties shall file a joint status report with the Court. 1
