This case was continued from the Court's June 12, 2023, Los Angeles, California trial session and jurisdiction was retained by the undersigned.
On April 17, 2024, the parties each filed a separate status report. Both parties indicated that they were still working towards a resolution in this case. We will give the parties additional time to do so. Accordingly, it is
