This case is currently calendared on the Court's Los Angeles, California trial session, scheduled to begin June 12, 2023.

On May 30, 2023, the parties filed a joint motion for continuance. [Doc. 14.] The same day, they also filed a motion for leave to file out of time motion for continuance [Doc. 15] and lodged a motion for continuance [Doc. 16]. Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that the joint motion for continuance [Doc. 14] filed May 30, 2023, is deemed stricken from the Court's record. It is further

ORDERED that the joint motion for leave to file out of time motion for continuance [Doc. 15] is granted, and the lodged motion for continuance is hereby filed as of the service date of this Order. It is further

ORDERED that the joint motion for continuance is granted, and this case is continued from the above-referenced trial session. It is further

ORDERED that jurisdiction of this case is retained by the undersigned. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before August 29, 2023, the parties shall file a joint status report (or separate reports, if that is more expedient) as to the then-present status of this case.
