Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of New York, First Department
Apr 1, 1901

Opinion

April Term, 1901.

Present — Van Brunt, P.J., O'Brien, Ingraham and McLaughlin, JJ.

Order modified as directed in opinion, and as thus modified affirmed, without costs.

We think the order is too broad. The defendant should not be required to furnish the particulars specified in the paragraphs numbered from 1 to 5 inclusive. The order should accordingly be modified by striking these out, and as so modified affirmed, without costs.
