Upon due consideration of Christie Thompson's Motion to Be Recognized as Next Friend, filed August 23, 2023, and the Court being satisfied that Ms. Thompson meets the requirements to be appointed as next friend for petitioner, it is

ORDERED that the above-referenced Motion is granted, and Christie Thompson is recognized as next friend for petitioner in this case. It is further

ORDERED that the caption of this case is amended to read: "Viola Gray Ellison, Christie Thompson, Next Friend, Petitioner v. Commissioner of Internal Revenue, Respondent." It is further

ORDERED that petitioner is hereby relieved of the obligation to file a report as directed in the Court's Order served August 21, 2023. It is further
