It is Ordered that defendants-respondents' motion is granted to the extent of ordering plaintiff-appellant to procure, settle and file the transcript of the traverse hearing held below as part of record on appeal on or before October 7, 2014. Defendants-respondents' brief is to be served and filed on or before October 29, 2014. Reply brief, if any, is to be served and filed on or before November 6, 2014. The appeal will be calendared for the December 2014 term of this Court.
