This case is currently calendared for trial during the Court's January 17, 2023, Los Angeles, California, trial session. On December 13, 2022, respondent filed a Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Prosecution (Doc. 9). On January 6, 2023, petitioner informally notified Court personnel that a basis of settlement had been reached. Also on January 6, 2023, respondent informally notified Court personnel that a decision document had been sent to petitioner to review and sign. Upon due consideration, it is hereby
