By Order dated May 3, 2023, docket entry 43, this case was assigned to this Division of the Court.
On June 6, 2023, docket entry 44, petitioner's Motion to Change Place of Trial to Atlanta, Georgia, filed February 23, 2023, docket entry 30, was granted and the designated place of trial in this case was changed from Tampa, Florida to Atlanta, Georgia.
After due consideration, and for cause, it is
ORDERED that this case is set for Pretrial Conference, at the Atlanta, Georgia Trial Session of the Court, beginning on Monday, November 27, 2023, at a time and date certain of 10 a.m. (ET) on Tuesday, November 28, 2023, at the Russell Federal Building & Courthouse, 75 Ted Turner, Dr., S.W., Room 1136, 11th Floor, Atlanta, GA 30303. ORDERED that, on or before November 13, 2023, the parties shall file a Joint Stipulation of Facts to establish basic jurisdictional facts, or the parties shall file a Joint Status Report as to the status of the Stipulation of Facts, proposed site views and the status of exchange of witness information.
