ORDER

This case is calendared for trial on the Court's March 28, 2022, Tampa, Florida trial session. On December 17, 2021, the parties filed a joint motion for continuance and asks the Court to restore this case to the general docket. The motion states that petitioner has not yet had the opportunity to meet with the IRS independent Office of Appeals as provided by I.R.C. section 7803-(e)(4).

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that the parties' joint motion for continuance is granted and this case is stricken from the March 28, 2022, Tampa, Florida trial session and is continued generally.
