Action for the dissolution of a marriage, and for other relief, brought to the Superior Court in the judicial district of Waterbury, where the court, Harrigan, J., dismissed the plaintiff's complaint for failure to appear and rendered judgment on the defendant's counterclaim dissolving the marriage and granting certain other relief; thereafter, the court denied the plaintiff's motion to open and set aside the judgment, and the plaintiff appealed to this court. Affirmed.
