ORDER

This case is calendared for trial on the Court's February 7, 2022, Boise, Idaho remote trial session. On January 6, 2022, the parties filed a Joint Motion for Continuance of trial and asks that the Court restore this case to the general docket. The motion states that this case is related to two other cases which are currently not calendared. The parties have reached a tentative basis for settlement and are requesting additional time for respondent's Appeals Office to prepare settlement computations and submit a proposed decision document.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that the parties' Joint Motion for Continuance is granted and this case is stricken from February 7, 2022, Boise, Idaho remote trial session and is continued generally.
