Upon due consideration of the Motion To Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction, filed February 7, 2022, by respondent in the above-docketed case, it is

ORDERED that, on or before May 16, 2022, respondent shall file a supplement to the just-referenced motion, attaching thereto a copy of the notice of deficiency for the taxable year 2017 issued to petitioner and addressing therein whether any other notice has been sent to petitioner that might afford jurisdiction in this proceeding.
