Gabriel D. Ellett & Kimberly D. Ellett Petitioners v. Commissioner of Internal Revenue Respondent

ORDER

Maurice B. Foley Chief Judge

On December 27, 2021, one of respondent's counsels, Douglas S. Polsky, filed a notice of withdrawal as counsel. However, the certificate of service attached to that notice shows that respondent's notice was not served to petitioner Kimberly D. Ellet at her address in the Court's record.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that, on or before January 4, 2022, respondent shall file an amended certificate of service with respect to the above-referenced notice of withdrawal of counsel showing that proper service has been made on petitioner Kimberly D. Ellett. Respondent is advised that it is not necessary to refile the notice of withdrawal of counsel. 1
