Plaintiffs-appellants having moved for an enlargement of time to perfect the appeal taken from the order of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about December 22, 2016 (M-2382), And defendants-respondents having cross-moved to dismiss the aforesaid appeal (M-2574), Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion and cross motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is denied (M-2382), the cross motion is granted (M-2574), and the appeal is dismissed.
