Order unanimously modified so as to fix temporary alimony at $40 per week and, as so modified, affirmed, with $20 costs and disbursements to the appellant. The sum allowed by the court at Special Term was inadequate to support plaintiff and the child of the parties to this action. Settle order on notice.
