ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE

This case is currently calendared for trial at the Court's New York City, New York trial session, which is scheduled to begin April 11, 2023. On February 8, 2023, petitioners filed a Motion to Proceed Remotely (index #9) with the Court indicating that petitioners reside in Israel and travel to New York City will impose upon them a considerable financial and logistical burden. Concurrently petitioners filed a First Amendment to Brief in Support of Motion to Proceed Remotely (index #14) in which it was noted that respondent has objected to the Motion but no further information was given.

Upon due consideration, it is hereby

ORDERED that, on or before March 13, 2023, respondent shall show cause in writing why he objects to petitioner's Motion to Proceed Remotely.
