On February 8, 2023, petitioners filed a Motion to Proceed Remotely (Index #9) and concurrently three additional Motions to Proceed Remotely (index #11, index #12 and index #13) Upon review it was seen that the Motions to Proceed Remotely at index #11, index #12 and index #13 are duplicative. Therefore, we will strike them.

Upon due consideration and for cause, it is hereby:

ORDERED that petitioner's Motions to Proceed Remotely filed February 8, 2023 (index #11, index #12 and index #13) are stricken from the Court's record in this case.
