ORDER

This case was calendared for trial during the Court's January 17, 2023, Los Angeles, California, trial session. On November 17, 2022, respondent filed a Motion for Continuance of Trial (Doc. 10). By Order served November 21, 2022, among other things, respondent's Motion for Continuance of Trial was granted, and the undersigned judge retained jurisdiction.

On August 1, 2024, the parties filed a Joint Status Report (Doc. 40). Upon due consideration, it is hereby

ORDERED that, on or before September 26, 2024, the parties shall file with the Court either a joint report (or, if that is not expedient, then separate reports) describing the status of the case or a stipulated decision document.
