ORDERED that the time within which petitioner shall file an objection, if any, to the Motion To Withdraw as Counsel, filed August 20, 2024, by Howard N. Kaplan is hereby extended to October 2, 2024. It is further

ORDERED that, in addition to regular service, the Clerk of the Court is directed to serve a copy of this Order on petitioner at petitioner's address of record
