Habeas corpus proceeding by Cherry Austin Eldridge, alias Cherry Gladden, against the Warden of the Maryland House of Correction. From a refusal of the writ, petitioner applied for leave to appeal.

Application denied, with costs.

Before BRUNE, C.J., and HENDERSON, HAMMOND, PRESCOTT and HORNEY, JJ.


This application for leave to appeal from a refusal to grant a writ of habeas corpus is denied for the reasons set out in the opinion of Judge Rollins below.
