Petitioners-respondents having moved to adjourn oral argument of the appeals taken herein from judgments of the Supreme Court, Monroe County, entered September 20, 2018, and for an extension of time to file and serve respondents' briefs,
Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motions are granted insofar as they seek adjournment of oral argument, and the appeals are removed from the Court's day calendar for January 6, 2020, and added to the term of this Court commencing March 30, 2020, and
It is further ORDERED the motions are granted insofar as they seek an extension of time to file and serve respondents' briefs, and to time is extended to January 13, 2020.
