Appeal from a decision by the defendant levying a sewer benefit assessment on certain of the plaintiff's real property and from a statement of compensation for a taking of that property, brought to the Superior Court, McWeeny, J. granted the defendant's motion to dismiss, and rendered judgment dismissing the appeal, from which the plaintiff appealed to this court. Affirmed.
