Tammy Trinette Elam Petitioner v. Commissioner of Internal Revenue Respondent

ORDER

Maurice B. Foley, Chief Judge.

By Order served November 16, 2021, the Court directed respondent to file a report and to attach thereto a complete copy of the notice of deficiency upon which this case is based. On November 22, 2021, respondent filed a report that purports to have attached thereto a complete copy of the notice of deficiency issued to petitioner for taxable year 2019. However, that attachment appears to consist only of the first page of such notice of deficiency.

Accordingly, and for cause, it is

ORDERED that, on or before January 27, 2022, respondent shall file a supplement to the above-referenced report and shall attach thereto a complete copy of the notice of deficiency issued to petitioner for the 2019 taxable year, including the enclosures referenced therein.
