On October 7, 2021, the Court entered an Order of Dismissal for Lack of Jurisdiction on the ground that the petition was not properly executed as directed by the Court. On October 26, 2021, the parties submitted a stipulated decision to the Court bearing petitioner's signature.

After due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that the Court's Order of Dismissal for Lack of Jurisdiction entered October 7, 2021, is hereby vacated and set aside.
