ORDER

PER CURIAM.

Pursuant to Texas Rule of Appellate Procedure 10.4 (a) the motion ruled on through this Order may have been decided by a single Justice sitting on the panel.

The parties have filed a joint motion to abate this appeal, requesting that we abate and permit proceedings in the trial court to effectuate the parties' settlement agreement pursuant to Texas Rule of Appellate Procedure 42.1(a)(2)(C). The motion is GRANTED and the appeal is abated and remanded to the trial court for proceedings consistent with this order. The parties shall file either a joint status report concerning the status of the settlement or a motion to dismiss on or before June 21, 2024. The appeal will remain abated until further order of this Court.

IT IS SO ORDERED.
