The above-docketed matter was closed by Order of Dismissal for Lack of Jurisdiction entered and served on April 21, 2021. Subsequently, on October 15, 2021, petitioner filed a document under the designation Motion To Remove Lien/Levy Designation. Such motion is procedurally and substantively improper on multiple grounds for reasons already detailed in the Court's prior Orders in this case. Additionally, the April 21, 2021, disposition is now final.

Accordingly, the premises considered, it is

ORDERED that petitioner's motion filed October 15, 2021, is denied.
