Joyce Owaga Ekeh Petitioner v. Commissioner of Internal Revenue Respondent

ORDER

Maurice B. Foley, Chief Judge

On November 9, 2021, respondent filed a Motion To Close on Ground of Duplication in the above-docketed matter. However, the duplication had already come to the attention of the Court, and an Order closing the case on the Court's own motion was in progress. Such Order was served on November 9, 2021, essentially simultaneously with the filing of respondent's motion.

Accordingly, the premises considered, it is

ORDERED that the just-referenced Motion To Close on Ground of Duplication is denied as moot.
