On March 10, 2023, petitioners filed a Motion to Change Place of Trial to Kansas City, Missouri. This case was called from the calendar for the trial session of the Court on March 13, 2023, for cases where Phoenix, Arizona, was listed as the place of trial. There were no appearances by or on behalf of the petitioners. Counsel for respondent appeared and was heard. Respondent stated that he did not object to the Court granting petitioners' motion. Upon due consideration and for cause more fully appearing in the transcript of the proceeding, it is

ORDERED that petitioners' Motion to Change Place of Trial to Kansas City, Missouri, filed March 10, 2023, is granted and the place of trial for this case is changed from Phoenix, Arizona to Kansas City, Missouri. It is further

ORDERED that this case is continued and restored to the general docket for trial or other disposition.
