Motion by respondent to dismiss appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, entered May 26, 1966, which ruled on objections made during an examination before trial. Motion granted and appeal dismissed ( Matthews v. Schusheim, 25 A.D.2d 450). Ughetta, Acting P.J., Christ, Hill, Rabin and Benjamin, JJ., concur.
