This case was calendared for trial during the Court's March 6, 2023, Atlanta, Georgia, trial session. On January 23, 2023, the parties filed a Joint Motion for Continuance of Trial (Doc. 13). By Order served January 24, 2023, among other things, the parties' Joint Motion for Continuance of Trial was granted, and the undersigned judge retained jurisdiction.

On September 27, 2023, the parties filed Status Reports (Docs. 19 & 20). On October 4, 2023, the Court held a conference call with the parties to discuss, among other things, the status of the case. Upon due consideration, it is hereby

ORDERED that, on or before November 3, 2023, the parties shall file a joint report with the Court (or, if that is not expedient, then separate reports) describing the status of the case.
