Angela D. EIGHMY, Respondent, v. Rick E. EIGHMY, Appellant.

Chaste S. Higgins, Butler, MO, Counsel for Respondent. Christopher E. Benjamin, Butler, MO, Counsel for Appellant.

Chaste S. Higgins, Butler, MO, Counsel for Respondent.

Christopher E. Benjamin, Butler, MO, Counsel for Appellant.

Before Division Two: Thomas H. Newton, Presiding Judge, Anthony Rex Gabbert, Judge, and Tom N. Chapman, Judge

ORDER

PER CURIAM: Rick Eighmy (Husband) appeals the October 22, 2018 dissolution judgment of the trial court. In his sole point on appeal, Husband contends that the trial court erred in sustaining Angela Eighmy’s (Wife) motion to vacate a September 4, 2018 dissolution judgment because Wife failed to show, and the trial court did not find, good cause to vacate the judgment. Because a published opinion would have no precedential value, a memorandum explaining the reasons for the decision has been provided to the parties. The judgment is affirmed. Rule 84.16(b).
