ORDER

Kathleen Kerrigan, Chief Judge.

On April 22, 2024, the parties filed a Joint Proposed Stipulated Decision. Upon review of the proposed decision, the Court notes that the proposed stipulated decision fails to address the additions to tax for tax year 2017 in the notice of deficiency and fails to address one of the additions to tax for tax year 2018 in the notice of deficiency. In addition, the caption of the proposed stipulated decision is incorrect.

Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that the parties' Joint Proposed Stipulated Decision, filed April 22, 2024, is deemed stricken from the Court's record in this case.
