Appeal, No. 312, Jan. T., 1971, from decree of Court of Common Pleas, Trial Division, of Philadelphia, Feb. T., 1970, No. 4846, in case of Eglin's 30th Street Garage Corporation v. Bulletin Company, Albert M. Greenfield and Co. and Meyer Eglin. Decree affirmed.

Equity. Before LEVIN, J.

Adjudication filed dismissing plaintiff's complaint, ordering plaintiff to account to defendant, Meyer Eglin, and to vacate leased premises; exceptions thereto by plaintiff dismissed and final decree entered. Plaintiff appealed.

Jerome E. Bogutz, with him Lawrence Mazer, Norman Mittman, and Bogutz and Mazer, for appellant.
