On February 28, 2023, respondent filed a Motion for Entry of Decision. This motion asks the Court to enter a decision reflecting a deficiency, an overpayment, and no accuracy-related penalty due from petitioners for the year at issue. The motion states that petitioners' views are unknown.

Upon due consideration of respondent's motion and for cause, it is

ORDERED that, on or before March 24, 2023, petitioners shall file an objection, if any, to respondent's Motion for Entry of Decision. Failure to file an objection may result in the granting of respondent's motion.
