The action is in negligence and arises out of a collision between two automobiles on August 8, 1931, near the intersection of One Hundred and Seventeenth street and One Hundred and Seventh avenue, borough of Queens. Judgment in so far as appealed from unanimously affirmed, with costs. No opinion.
