Order denying defendant's motion for judgment on the pleadings affirmed, with ten dollars costs and disbursements. We think the question raised on this appeal should be presented after the facts are fully developed on the trial. Kelly, P.J., Rich, Kelby, Young and Kapper, JJ., concur.
