This case for the redetermination of a deficiency is before the Court on respondent's Motion for Continuance, filed February 29, 2024, and heard on April 2, 2024, when the case was called from the calendar for trial during the remote trial session of the Court. The parties appeared and were heard.

Premises considered, and for cause set forth more fully in the transcript of the proceedings, it is

ORDERED that respondent's above-referenced motion is granted, and this case is continued, with jurisdiction retained by the undersigned. It is further

ORDERED that unless a proposed stipulated decision is submitted sooner, on or before July 1, 2024, the parties, jointly or separately, report in writing as to the status of the case.
