Case No. 4D01-1277

Opinion filed January 9, 2002

Appeal from the Circuit Court for the Fifteenth Judicial Circuit, Palm Beach County; Virginia Gay Broome, Judge; L.T. Case No. CJ 00 5945 JK.

Frank A. Kreidler, Lake Worth, for appellant.

Robert A. Butterworth, Attorney General, Tallahassee, and Marrett W. Hanna, Assistant Attorney General, West Palm Beach, for appellee.

We affirm Appellant's adjudication in all respects. With regard to the disposition order, we reverse the written order as it is concededly incomplete and remand to the trial court for entry of a modified order of disposition consistent with the trial court's oral pronouncements at the disposition hearing.
